Family of Former T. Boone Pickens Hospice Center Patient Receives Incredible Christmas Gift

Stormie and her two children received a car-load full of Christmas gifts because of the kindness of three families. Stormie’s late husband, Jessie, received care at the T. Boone Pickens Hospice Center in 2020 through the Faith Caring Fund. Stormie and their children continue to receive bereavement care from Faith Presbyterian Hospice (FPH) after his passing.

Still, the Forefront Living Foundation team wanted to do more to support Stormie and her children. Sarah Jones, Development Associate, contacted the KLTY radio station to see if they were eligible to receive a “Christmas Wish.”

The family was not chosen for this gift, but KLTY listeners, Trey and Olivia Holotick heard their story and wanted to help.

The Holoticks enlisted the help of two other families, the Dunlaps (including their young sons Sam and Henry) and Malnorys. All three families purchased gifts especially for each member of the family.

The gifts were exchanged at the T. Boone Pickens Hospice Center on December 16, 2021 and the family opened them on Christmas morning.
