Introducing Diane Fullingim – Executive Director for Forefront Living Foundation

It is with great pleasure that Forefront Living (FL) announces Diane Fullingim as the newly appointed Executive Director of the Forefront Living Foundation (FLF). Diane brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in development and fundraising within the non-profit sector to the organization.

Prior to joining the FL family, Diane, a Dallas native, served as Chief Development Officer for Ronald McDonald House of Dallas for ten years. Preceding Ronald McDonald House, she was Vice President of Development for Goodwill Industries of Dallas. She originally began her career in advertising at McCann Erickson, a leading global marketing services company. Her final stint in the ad industry was at Zale Corporation where she worked in marketing for the brands Bailey Banks and Biddle and Gordon. During the early years of her career, Diane became very involved with Junior League of Dallas (JLD), resulting in an impressive network of friends which led to participation in a variety of fundraisers for non-profit organizations. In addition to her extensive charitable knowledge, Diane has experience in the areas of volunteer management and community outreach.

“I am excited to be at Forefront Living, at last! From my initial interview, I knew that I wanted to work for the Forefront Living Foundation. I feel as if my entire professional experience has culminated into this moment and I look forward to serving,” shared Diane.

Outside of work, Diane enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Bob, their 12-year-old English Labrador, Harvey and their families. She and Bob enjoy traveling as well as dining out at nice patios with Harvey in tow. Diane cites her grandmothers, Glee and Odette, as significant role models in her life, describing them both as unstoppable. Diane’s hobbies include cooking (an interest inspired by her French mother and grandmother), gardening , shopping and frequent outings with family and friends. . She is also an active member of the Addison Rotary Club (where she previously served as Club President), is a Sustaining Member of JLD and is a Leadership Dallas alumna. When she’s not trying out new recipes, you might find her keeping up with the score of a Texas Longhorn game.

Diane is a well-connected member of the Dallas community, and the Forefront Living Foundation looks forward to expanding their outreach and visibility through her leadership.
