Forefront Living (FL) recently celebrated a special milestone as CEO Tim Mallad marked his 10th anniversary with the organization. The occasion was recognized with a surprise reception on the Margot and Ross Perot Lake View Balcony in the Marnie and Kern Wildenthal Education Center. A small group of teammates and board members gathered to honor his leadership and the impact he has made over the past decade.
Since joining FL in March 2016, Tim has brought a steady, experienced approach shaped by 37 years in continuing care retirement communities. His career began in marketing before moving into operations and executive leadership, giving him a well-rounded perspective that continues to guide the organization today.
Tim’s leadership has guided the organization at every level, helping shape its strategy and direction as Forefront Living looks to the future.
