As construction progresses at Bella Vida (BV), community interest is growing throughout San Antonio.
City Councilwoman Ivalis Meza Gonzalez visited the BV Information Center and toured the construction site to learn more about the project’s impact on San Antonio’s District 8. Her priorities include protecting neighborhood character, strengthening services and supporting the long-term success of the district. The visit was coordinated by Crownridge HOA President John Kelly, who wanted to give the Councilwoman a closer look at the senior living community and the continuing care model available to future residents.
During her visit, Councilwoman Meza Gonzalez viewed the scale model at the Information Center, met teammates and toured the construction site with representatives from PARIC. The visit provided an opportunity to discuss plans for the 26.5-acre community, which is likely the largest construction project underway in District 8, and what neighbors can expect from the luxury community bringing a beautiful life to San Antonio.
“We were thrilled to host Councilwoman Meza Gonzalez and to give her a tour of the BV construction site,” shared Brooks Powell, BV Executive Director. “Her visit presented a great opportunity to share how BV will operate as a positive addition to District 8 and the surrounding area. We greatly appreciate the Councilwoman making time in her schedule to learn more about BV and meeting the team bringing it to fruition.”
