Forefront Living (FL) is pleased to announce that Erik Stephens has expanded his professional role to Regional Director of Building Services. In this newly appointed position, he will provide oversight of maintenance policies, programs and best practices across Presbyterian Village North (PVN), St. Joseph Village and the T. Boone Pickens Center.
With nearly 20 years of professional experience in MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) systems and operations, Erik brings extensive knowledge and a commitment to maintaining efficient and welcoming environments for residents, teammates and guests to each campus.
Prior to joining the PVN leadership team as Director of Building Services in 2022, Erik had a lengthy tenure with Marriott International, where he opened three new hotels and served as Director of Engineering for four Marriott properties. His specialization in hospitality and operations will continue to support the success of FL communities.
