Ten students from Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep are kicking off an exciting 2026–2027 work-study school year with Forefront Living (FL), as well as The Outlook at Windhaven (OAW), Presbyterian Village North (PVN) and St. Joseph Village (SJV). Their first official workday was on August 14, when all ten students arrived at their respective communities and the FL home office for a morning of introductions, presentations and exploration of their new roles.
After a welcoming meet-and-greet, the students shared personal presentations, giving supervisors and teammates a chance to learn more about their hobbies, skills, experiences and goals. This year’s work-study student roster includes:

Following the presentations, students enjoyed lunch and spent time visiting with their supervisors. Tours of the senior living communities gave them a closer look at the operations and culture of FL.
This hands-on experience provides Cristo Rey students with a unique opportunity to gain professional skills, build relationships and make a difference in the lives of senior residents and patients throughout the FL community.
