At Forefront Living, a simple but powerful mission guides everything: providing compassionate care for residents, patients, families and teammates. The Forefront Living Foundation’s (FLF) “Give a High Five” campaign celebrates teammate generosity and commitment to our mission.
“Give a High Five” is an annual teammate giving campaign that invites team members to support one another and the people they serve through small, meaningful contributions. Participation is encouraged across all campuses, making it easy for teammates to get involved and make an impact together.
Through these acts of giving, teammates are provided the opportunity to support the Teammate Assistance Fund or The FLF Caring Fund. Last year, more than $12,000 was contributed system-wide, making a real difference across campuses.
At its heart, “Give a High Five” is a reminder that even the smallest gesture can have a lasting impact, strengthening connections and showing how a caring community comes together to support one another.
