Introducing FLF Board Member, Laura Downing

Laura Downing is the newest member of the Forefront Living Foundation (FLF) Board of Directors. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University and began her career in Dallas at Deloitte, where she served as a CPA and auditor before advancing to Director of Recruiting and Professional Development. Laura later joined Resource Global Professionals, where she served as Vice President of Talent for the Central United States and Latin American.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Laura is committed to nonprofit service. She serves on the Board of Directors for East-West Ministries International, the Advisory Board for the Salvation Army of North Texas (most recently serving as President of the Women’s Auxiliary) and is an active member of the Crystal Charity Ball, where she chaired the Charity Selection Committee in 2024. Laura also co-chairs the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas Tocqueville Circle with her husband, Jason.
