Learning the Forefront Living Way: SJV Teammates Attend Orientation

Since joining the Forefront Living (FL) family on October 1, team members from St. Joseph Village (SJV) have been attending formal orientation sessions to learn more about the organization they now call home.

Each group spends the day hearing from key FL and Forefront Living Foundation (FLF) teammates about the mission, vision, values and history that guide the organization’s work. The experience also includes a campus tour of Presbyterian Village North (PVN), Faith Presbyterian Hospice, and the FL and FLF offices.

To punctuate the day, participants enjoy a seated meal in PVN’s Reflections Dining Room. The meal is more than just lunch – it’s an opportunity to experience firsthand the level of hospitality and service that FL is known for and that all team members extend to those they serve.

Forefront Living orientation takes place every other Monday in order to welcome new team members in a timely manner and start their journey with the organization with purpose, compassion and excellence.
