A tradition of gratitude continues as residents of The Outlook at Windhaven (OAW) kick off the annual Teammate Appreciation Fund campaign led by a committee of OAW residents and the Forefront Living Foundation (FLF). The fund offers residents a meaningful way to thank the dedicated teammates who care for them each day, as residents are discouraged from tipping teammates. Gifts are distributed according to each teammate’s length of service, recognizing their tenure and commitment. Last year, Forefront Living communities collectively raised $550,405, all of which was distributed directly to teammates.
This year’s campaign runs from October 1 through November 16. At the end of the campaign, teammates will be invited to a special celebration in their honor, where they will receive gifts of appreciation funded by the residents of their community. “It is such a pleasure to work with the OAW residents who comprise the committee. They are so excited to raise these funds that impact the teammates of OAW,” said FLF Executive Director Diane Fullingim.
