With Bella Vida (BV) just months away from welcoming its first residents, Executive Director Brooks Powell offers an update on the community’s progress and a preview of what future residents can expect when the doors open.
BVs thoughtfully planned outdoor spaces are designed to welcome everyone and promote wellness. The outdoors will feature art sculptures, inviting green spaces and breathtaking Hill Country views.
“What sets Bella Vida and Forefront Living apart is that we are about more than just being a place to live – we are about building community and creating the best possible life for all residents,” said Brooks. “I hope residents and visitors feel how welcoming the community is and see the mission behind everything we do.”
The entrance courtyard is the first space residents and visitors will experience, it will offer a patio area with comfortable seating where residents can relax, socialize or enjoy a meal outdoors. Additionally, connected to the main dining area there will be covered patio dining space.
Residents who enjoy wellness activities will appreciate the dedicated green space designed for yoga classes and other outdoor programming. Inside, the community’s pool will offer stunning views of the Hill Country, creating a serene setting for exercise and relaxation.
Pet owners will also have access to a designated dog park, providing a place for residents and their fur-baby friends to gather and socialize.
As BV prepares for its opening, the community continues to take shape as a vibrant destination where residents can enjoy scenic surroundings and a beautiful life.
