Teammate Spotlight: Martin Uche, Forefront Living Project Manager Post date January 7, 2026 Martin Uche recently joined Forefront Living (FL) as Project Manager. He has a background in project coordination, technology and process improvement and enjoys helping teams turn complex ideas into clear actionable plans. In this Q and A we get to know him better: Tell us a little about your professional background and the path that led you into project management. I come from a background that blends project coordination, technology and process improvement. Over time, I naturally gravitated toward project management because I enjoy bringing structure to complex initiatives, aligning stakeholders and helping teams move ideas into execution. My experience spans working with cross-functional teams, managing timelines and deliverables and building systems that make work clearer and more efficient. What kinds of projects have you most enjoyed working on in your career so far and why? I’ve especially enjoyed working on projects that involve growth, transformation or improvement, whether that’s developing new processes, supporting construction or development initiatives, or helping teams implement better tools and workflows. I find it rewarding to work on projects where organization and collaboration directly impact outcomes. What initially drew you to Forefront Living and this role in particular? FL’s mission and values stood out to me immediately. I was drawn to the organization’s focus on people, purpose, and thoughtful growth. The Project Manager role felt like a great opportunity to contribute by bringing clarity and consistency to projects that ultimately support residents, teammates and the broader community. In your first few months, what has stood out to you about the culture or people at FL? What has stood out most is how welcoming and collaborative everyone has been. There’s a genuine sense of teamwork here, and people are willing to share knowledge, support one another and work toward common goals. It’s clear that relationships and trust matter at Forefront Living. What are you most excited to learn or take on as you settle into your role as Project Manager? I’m excited to continue learning the organization’s processes and to help build project frameworks that make work easier and more transparent for everyone involved. I’m especially looking forward to supporting complex initiatives and helping teams stay aligned from planning through completion. When you’re not managing projects, how do you like to spend your time? Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, playing soccer and working on personal technology projects. I also value time spent learning new skills and finding ways to improve both professionally and personally. Outside of work, what are a few things that matter most to you or bring you joy? Spending time with loved ones, personal growth and maintaining balance are all important to me. I enjoy activities that challenge me mentally or physically and help me continue growing.
