There is something special about the end of summer. It is a season of transition and anticipation, a time when children prepare for a new school year, families settle back into familiar routines and many of us eagerly look ahead to the arrival of fall and (slightly) cooler temperatures.
At Bella Vida (BV), we are experiencing our own season of new beginnings. After years of planning, designing and building, the first phase of our campus construction will be completed in the next few weeks. With that, we are approaching a milestone that we have been looking forward to for a very long time, welcoming our first residents home.
Our initial round of move-ins will begin on September 22, with a second group of residents scheduled for October 5. These VIPs have received their official 60-day occupancy notices, and preparations are underway to make their move as smooth and welcoming as possible.
For several years, BV has existed as a vision on paper and a dream shared by many. The coming weeks will mark the beginning of an exciting new chapter for both Bella Vida and the residents who will soon call it home.
